PRICES

All articles from ilovekutchi shop have their price marked with IVA included (21%), operative in Spain, excluding shipping charges. If you live outside the European Union, note that the customs service of your country may charge you additional custom taxes. These rates are not the responsibility of ilovekutchi shop and vary according to countries. Please, for more information, check with the customs service of your country before placing an order.

HOW TO BUY

To proceed with the purchase of one or more items, you should follow the usual procedure of online shops: use the buttons next to each item to add to your cart, change quantities if you wish to acquire more than one unit from each item and check-out according to the instructions. Remember that ilovekutchi shop is a craft shop and many of the items are unique pieces, so, in many cases, it has only one unit available. To finish the order you must register in our database, then choose the shipping address, select the shipping method and confirm the order after selecting your payment method. Upon completion of the order you will receive an automatic confirmation email.

PAYMENT METHODS

You can choose one of the following options:

. Servired / Sermepa / CatalunyaCaixa (credit/debit card)

. Paypal (credit/debit card)

. Bank transfer

. Payment at the store (only if you chose to pick up your order at the store)

. CatalunyaCaixa bank system allows our customers to pay online with a credit/debit card in a very safe way, because it uses the innovative safety systems by Visa (Verified by Visa) and MasterCard (MasterCard SecureCode). You can use credit, debit, prepaid or virtual cards from any bank. Data from the card is introduced in the secure site from CatalunyaCaixa (Sermepa).

. Paypal system allows customers to do their online payments safely, either through a paypal account or by credit/debit cards, prepaid cards or virtual cards. The customer doesn’t need to have a paypal account to make a payment with the card.

. Payment by bank transfer will only be considered valid when sending the receipt by e-mail and after a good payment. Orders that are not paid within five working days will be canceled.

. Payment in the store is only for orders to be picked up at the store. You can pay with cash or credit card within the opening hours. Unpaid orders will be canceled within five working days.

SHIPPING

Shipments are made via the courier companies Tipsa or Deliver for Spain and Portugal mainland, and via Post Office (Correos) by registered post to the rest of countries and islands. Delivery is, for both cases, under signature in the indicated address. In the case of absence, a notice is left to collect the package within 15 days at the office nearest you (Correos) or to do another delivery (Tipsa or Deliver).

Shipments through Tipsa, Deliver or Urgent mail (Correos urgente) are made the same day your order payment is confirmed, until 5pm. Non-urgent shipments by Correos are made twice a week, on Mondays and Thursdays, once we confirmed payment. The expected transit time is:

 

. Spain and Portugal mainland: Tipsa, up to 2 working days; Deliver, up to 3 working days.   

. Spain and Portugal mainland urgent: Deliver, until 2pm of the next working day. 

. Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, Europe zone and International zone: Correos, 3-15 working days.

. Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, Europe zone and International zone urgent: Correos, 1-5 working days.

Another option is to come and pick up your order at our store. In this situation, when you select the shipping method you want to use, just choose 'RECOGIDA TIENDA (pick up in store)’. There will be no shipping costs.

 

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping charges are calculated automatically by the system, based on the weight of the items and the shipping costs for ‘Correos de España’ and 'Envialia'carriers. If you have not logged in, the shipping costs displayed in your cart might not correspond to the correct ones.

RETURNS

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we give you within 8 working days from the date of delivery of the order to return it. The product must be returned in perfect condition and in the original packaging. Once we receive the package and check that everything is in order, we will proceed to refund the total amount to your bank account. The refund must occur within 15 days. The cost of return shipping costs is paid by the client, and in any case will be refund, with the exception that the return is because of defect or error by the ilovekutchi shop.

 

The customer is responsible for tracking the package with the number that was given and to get the package in the post office within the prescribed period, given the case that hasn’t been delivered on hand by the postman. In the event that the package is returned because it was not removed from the post office before completing the term, we will proceed to forward the same having the client to pay new shipping costs.

CONFIDENTIALITY

To buy in our online store you must first complete the user registration, where you have to provide some personal data. This personal information will be used exclusively for the proper management of the orders generated on this website and to provide all the information you have requested, always in strict confidentiality, not being transferred, shared or given to other people.

SOME CONSIDERATIONS

We have tried to make the pictures presented in this online store the closest to reality as possible, but it can always be slight differences, mainly regarding to the color. This is due to several factors, including the monitor you are using and its configuration, the graphic card on your computer, among others.

We are always available to do custom orders for all items from ilovekutchi brand. For that, just send an email to kutchishop@gmail.com and tell us your idea. When they’re ready, your order will be placed in the online store and you will receive, via e-mail, a link to purchase it.

At any time we may have to change the prices and features of the products from the store, because of sales/promotions or stock limits, but it will never be applied to previously placed orders.

At the end of your purchase we give you the option to have your order wrapped for gift at no extra cost.
